You get 3, you resupply them from small ammo pouches (essentially giving you 2 knives per kill), you can throw them in quick succession, and it's 1 hit kill to anywhere on the body. Something's getting nerfed

yeah defense is mid. from how sam described it to me, their goal is to make it so it starts out in attack favor, hence the vehicle disparity, and then as it progresses, defense gets more vehicles, and gets more ability to fight the attackers, making it progressively harder for attackers to move further

my idea would be to put it into tabs, where you can select one group of guns, smg, assault, etc, and display all of those guns, using all the horizontal and vertical space avalible
and then you can switch between groups, with the tabs at the top
for secondaries, just making it multiple rows that use more horizontal space would be amazing

For anyone having mouse input lag/CPU pegged at 100 (or very close to it) with the recent patch, here's what I did to get rid of the input lag I was experiencing.
- Create a file called "user.cfg" in the folder where BF2042 is installed (default Steam location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042). Put these lines in that file - they are dependent on your CPU - if you have a 6-core, then the 8's would be 6's and the 16 on the last line would be a 12, for example:

It will, but Battlepasses have not changed their philosophy in any game, 2042 included. The sole purpose of a battlepass is to drive sales in the store of said game it is apart of. Some people save the earned coins from the pass for the subsequent pass, but it doesn't change the predictable statistics and thus battlepasses will likely remain the same going forward for all games generally.
Also unless the mackay outfit is still available for Gold edition I think the best value version of the game is the standard edition, then just buy the battlepass, then save your coins for all future passes.

Oh ok. So to keep it simple. You will not have access to the first 2 season's COSMETICS only. Your best course of action is to buy the current battlepass and save the coins you earn from that to buy the future battlepasses with that.

Content is one thing, I couldn’t be bothered to care about the rate of content as much since I’m aware this game operates with live service as opposed to paid premium. It’s why I never understood these “we used to get 4 maps every 3 months!” thing, they won’t bring that back without a profit incentive
