Assault will have a faster sprint out time with assault rifles. Engineers will have a faster reload speed with utilities, Support will carry extra ammo for lmgs and will have more accuracy with bipods while recon will have a longer breath time dude.

There are many factors into why Crossplay should not include PC if you are on console. Another reason is, PC playing field just simply isn't casual. People buy console's to have a casual experience. The thing with PC though is that if you're invested in the best setup with the best mouse, keyboard and monitor then you're probably well on your way to becoming at least above average as a player. Most console players are sitting back in their chair, some trying to chill out after a hard day at work. I get it though, so are many PC players, it's not exclusive to one or the other, but there is an inherent casual nature to console in which you won't find nearly as many sweaty players as you will on PC, so it becomes a bit jarring for most players on console to deal with crossplay on these games often as it's not what console grew up with. Some people can adjust to it, but most can't because you are limited to how much control you can have. A console player can definitely outgun a top tier PC player as long as they work around having slightly less control overall and use their skill to make the most of it, but I don't blame people that want to go back the old days of sitting back 10 years ago and just having a chill time on their couch with a controller against other controller players.
