there isnt an insanely large number of vehicles in this game, at one time, not many can be present on the battlefield, obviously there are still a generous amount avaliable, but i feel like there should be obvious counters to those vehicles, but still those vehicles should be strong, they should be feared by infantry that cant counter them
but, people like engineers, like lis, should be able to deal significant damage

i feel that with the class rework, when rocket launchers are limited to one class, Lis should be buffed to match that, to be a significant counter to vehicles, because she shoots slow, and she can control the rocket, obviously it shouldnt be a one hit kill, but dealing a bit more damage, would be nice.
and, with the jav coming to engineers in 3.2, there will be alternatives to lis, and i'd rather not have her become obsolete.

visually it makes the back of the turret pop open and some vents show up

and it squats down for lower profile

moves MUCH slower

and if you deactivate it you have to wait about five seconds or so for it to fully leave siege mode and you cannot move

i don't think you can fire but it wouldn't matter much

if anything its safer to literally just back up in siege mode when under fire
