Here’s the thing. I used to think the same thing. But then I remembered that most of the SMG’s fire at ridiculous rates. Imagine the K30 having AR headshot damage. You’d be dead before you even knew you were being shot at.

Of course this doesn’t apply to every gun. I think the AKS for example should have better damage overall because of its 600rpm
