With railguns the force needed to expel the round is spread out over the length of the barrel and a longer time than chemical firearms, so the recoil should be smoother and have less magnitude than pretty much any chemical firearm

Not sure I never played PayDay. You can find keys all around usually in loot boxes. It'll tell you the location like B3 for example, the grind shows where to go to.

If you need strong hold cards you can get them from loot boxes of killing ai with armor plates on them.
