Why can't DICE learn that Blackout died because it was PAID not because it was bad. Firestorm died because it was PAID. Hazard Zone would have got more support if it was FREE to actually give it a playerbase and then feedback could have made it great.

I still can't tell if its EA that wanted Hazard zone to stay part of the main game tho. I suspect they had no choice because without a singleplayer you need to amp up the value as much as possible.

Could work if they pull it off correctly, but I'm thinking it should be a different mode like hazard zone. The typical battlefield experience (conquest, breakthrough, etc) should be the main game mode, with the "continental war" mode being like grand operations but on a larger scale. Maps play out in a predefined order, maybe even with different map layouts. Wars last from the beginning to the end of a season, with players who contributed more to their faction getting points or something to get cosmetics and whatnot
