or, every specialist is available, but you only get stock guns, you've got to find drives, but also other things, every squad has their primary obj of drives, but secondary and possibly even tertiary objectives like tarkov, could be files, laptops, valuables in the zone, also, you get to pick starter guns, no attachments, you can find better guns with pre set attachments, or diff attachments in game. the reason for pvp also needs to be a bit more incentivized. maybe as kaos said, the more players you kill and drives you have can allow you to call in small vehicles (lore tie in: rep increases, the contact can only get in small vehicles, but only will do it for if the team has enough rep), more players, atleast 64, mid round event when a second set of sattelites spawn, this is when the first extraction is, you can extract with whatever you have, but cuz of that you cant collect any more

possibly more can be done

but to tie in with this, the menu has to have challenges respective to the objectives aforementioned

also a marketplace allowing you to buy new weapons and attachments permanently
