Ouch, I reported this bug in the portal discord. Devs are usually responsive over there and get things done that we report/ suggest. One of the gametools devs confirmed the persistent servers with 0 players have no server ID as well.

so by choosing the breakthrough and going to solo/coop you can play with bots it should count towards the assignment when you choose their difficulty level to easy, you should be capable of doing that in one game

you can even choose a map

best ones for farming are renewal and orbital

Get and use the ACWR while you can since it must have glitched recoil, and it does funny things in the character models hands
