So picture this: you're grinding solo/co-op and you rack up a good 100 kills, and some attachments on your weapon say "270/270 to unlock" for example and it doesn't let you equip those attachments. To fix that but you need to get, at most, 30~ kills and assists in a multiplayer match in all-out warfare to unlock the next mastery rank, after which those attachments which appear locked will become unlocked and usable, all in one batch.
