If there is less than 5min remaining (time or ticket equivalent), don't put new players in. If there is a massive blowout happening where one team is down by 40% less tickets or so, don't put new players in

At the end of the day, if the match is almost done and close - players are likely staying in the match anyway and you don't need a huge adjustment. You probably don't even need bots.

If it's a blowout and people have been rage quitting, who cares fill with bots and let the de facto winners go and take their victory lap out on bots

Putting a player into a match with less than 10% of the tickets remaining is just disrespectful to their time
