Depends.. "partial" could stretch pretty far or not so much depending on the scenario. Think about BF4 Flood Zone which levolution that reshaped the map but destruction wasn't nearly so emphasized because everything would be different if you could simply collapse all those buildings entirely. It wouldn't make sense. BUT, I think there are opportunities there to make destruction bigger than it is today.
