tbh i think it’s just an on and off thing, it has happened to me sometimes, when loading into a server (usually portal), but all it is is a failure to connect to the server (and load you+account info into the game)

could happen for a number of reasons, in portal it could be that for some reason the portal experience you tried joining failed to respond, or is otherwise not online

if it happens in the middle of a game, that is when i would contact ea support. it’s definitely something that other people experience, but since the start of s1 and the issues with persistent data then, and since they fixed it, i would assume most (not all) cases are when the server fails to load your data

yeah it’s possible there was an issue connecting to servers, with downtime, but tbh it could just be random, it’s not like it’s happening intentionally, it’s just literally possible for a request to fail, and cause that error (could also mean the server is overloaded with requests, which could just be cause servers are shit)

I spend my time not just solo mode, but in portal and my custom portal matchup I created. People will join on my custom matchup depending how many of them as long's my portal custom matchup is good, but I'm also strict too don't let cheaters/hackers enter your custom portal matchup and don't let someone steal your vehicles especially the enemy players.
