It's difficult to explain. Something about how mouse input in 2042 works, just doesn't. It often manifests as quick adjustments not registering, inconsistent movement, or just freezing up randomly.

It's been known about since the Beta. I've only seen developer mentions of this on like, twitch chats, no official mention of it outside of devs talking about it on Twitch.
