I don't think stranded has as much depth as Exposure to allow for the same replayability. Not just because of the size but what they do with that size. Exposure was beautifully refreshing on every square inch of the map, but there's too many samey things going on with stranded that are pulled from other maps that I think plays into it's lesser replay value. I still love the map tho, but exposure is better for a ton of reasons.

Exposure feels like a brand new map. Stranded feels like an extension of the base maps albeit a much better map than any of those.

As long as Season 3 and 4 they go all in on a creative design and maybe have 2 new maps that don't have any container crates at all. That would be pretty sick

stranded is IMO first and foremost a CQ 64 map, but most people haven't even been able to try that cuz it's not available in official playlists yet

I tried it on portal server browser and it plays rather nicely

The ship is actual cqc instead of just cancerous randomness

And the outer objectives aren't just you getting hit at from 10 million different angles simultaneously at all times

BF4 depressed me because there were soooo many DLC maps I couldn't go back to even during the time they had JUST released the final DLC for the game. Live service free maps is the future, they're just not doing a great job at it yet
