closest you can get is in the store previewing a skin it lets you hide UI and rotate the weapon but not that helpful outside that one case

although it does seem to respect the current attachment loadout in the store preview, so in theory if you want a screengrab or such you could equip the weapon however you want and then hopefully find a skin in the store that doesn't tank the shot you want

Before season 2 when moving while prone, your hand will be in a fixed direction just curved and going through the ground no matter how you move. Since the new season launched it looked great. Hand is solid flat on the ground and moves nicely based on your movements, but it's like a dice roll (NO PUN INTENDED) whether you'll get the new animation or the old one lol
