But it's easy to get the green dot lost in the UI clutter at times, and sometimes you see them peeking from the edge of your screen and need to determine if you actually need to shoot them or can ignore them on the fly. Though this may be my hatred of the glowsticks in general. They're a functional solution to a problem, but the problems shouldn't exist to begin with.

Yes, the fact that every character looks the same/has the same outfits so there's no easy way to tell if Paik A or Paik B is friend or foe without that glowstick or the UI bubble.

From a conceptual standpoint it doesn't even make any sense. If the specialists were "roles" rather than individuals that would make a lot more sense logically and would have allowed for uniform differences between factions so we wouldn't need glosticks.
