Anyone have problems starting the game after the last update? I'm on pc and have updated nvdia drivers and my pc, and 2042 crashes right after the anti cheat regardless of launching it through Origin or EA play.

Your Origin is likely in OFFLINE MODE.
There was an update recently for Origin app that required you to restart/update the app - otherwise you would be placed in OFFLINEMODE

Before you verify your game files which can take awhile check the launcher out and make sure your up to date.

I really find a lot of the connecting issues like that on PC have to do with ORIGIN launcher.

There's weird random accel and micro adjustments are sometimes extremely difficult.

I feel it from time to time.

And there's also a small input delay in the engine.

i meant other games, if you are used to lower inputlag games that run at a higher fps, then battlefield feels a bit sluggish

prevent input delay, or what that setting is called DO help with input lag

i for once cannot play at 60hz on my tv in battlefield simply because the 60hz refresh rate has too much inputlag for my liking, this is without gsync

putting the game game in 120hz with 60fps, lowers the inputlag enough for i can play it.. this is with gsync ON

i agree i play on ps5 but i tried it with my friend's pc and didnt notice that much but i also have a friend a pro valorant player he was instantly like "something weird with this aim like delay or something"

The game often times doesn’t read the direction your mouse is moving and will simply not apply that movement in game, which is why it feels delayed. It’s not necessarily input lag but instead the inputs not registering which makes it feel the way it does

Well it objectively is, but you can still play the game with it. Anyone can, but I and many others are just waiting for it to be fixed because it doesn’t feel right.
