the reason most gamers goes for headsets/headphones these days is because its an easy relative cheap and good way to get proper positional sound, its not everybody who likes to sit with headsets on,
and there are no issues if you like to play with speakers, stereo speakers can be fine if you dont play too competitive, but a surround setup would be ideal of course if you do

Well, you see. If you have no flags in conquest you should flank the enemy and capture a flag on the other side of the map. That way you avoid fighting the entire enemy team at the closest flag. And allow teammates to spawn behind the enemy.
