Why is the level of coordination amongst PUGS so high while the level of coordination for pilot/gunners is basically...literally it's just the pilot being good, gunners can suck and they'll still not die and kill lots of stuff.

I've been on the side with god tier pilots, I've gunned in those aircraft. There's no coordination or communication, just farming infantry. And honestly, I usually bail after a bit because it's boring gunning in a Hind/Condor/Stealth heli for an entire round.
