Anyone else notice the game completely removed “most assists” from the end game outstanding performance screen? I can be #1 in kills and assists at 150 or 200 (mostly assists) and never get mentioned anymore at end of match. They removed it

After playing bf5 I've realised that helicopters don't belong in battlefield the way they are.

Bfh handled helicopters extremely well.

They were weak against small arms fire but they weren't really impossible to take on.

If a helicopter took a certain weapon type they'd be really hurt by not taking the other.

OK you take dual m2 browning's and do massive vehicle damage but you're useless against infantry.

If you take miniguns you're a good all rounder but the spread means you have to get close.

This isn't 2042 spread this is genuinely close range guns only on infantry.

Transport helicopters were really weak against rockets because of their large target but they were extremely powerful as well.

Grenades did 30 to 40 damage against the counter attack truck.

RPG did 50 to 60 while the smaw was an instant kill no matter the vehicle.

Oh yeah you could damage these vehicles with small arms too.

In 2042 it's hunting season for vehicles because there is very little counterplay.

One thing about vehicles in this game to me, is how I hate that they're very, very satisfying visually. The particle effects and barrel animations when you fire are very well done. When you slam a round into a tank, it looks really damn good with the sparks and minimal smoke.

Just wish they played better.

It's not rng though? Angles are absolute not random. Without it it literally becomes whoever shoots first, wins. Which is kind of boring imo.

Not something I've encountered personally, but it's also important to note that's def not intentional and can be improved upon.

But also, BF4 did have angling and absolutely gave you an edge if utilized properly.

Al sundan is superior in cover but flow is horrible. Manifest is better in flow but bad in cover. It's kind of 50/50 with them imo.
