Except max payne 1 and 2 weren't made by rockstar either. They were cooked up and made by remedy. Rockstar was the publisher from 2 and bought the ip and eventually did their own third entry. It is why mp3 is so radically different from mp1 and 2. It's essentially crytek's far cry vs ubisoft far cry 2. So the remakes are basically redone by the same company that used to make them. It's prolly gonna be great. Can't wait to ze reactions of people seeing the stories of 1 and 2. They amazing
