you can turn on passive mode in the quick menu, but when you do missions like cargo runs for your companies, passive mode will be turned off. in the end, you'll always have to end up dying by other players or kill them first. red people are people known to have killed others a lot. red crossed people are people with bounties on their head, take em out and you get a small sum of moneh
