It's a place where a person puts up a background that can be changed, you can have a friend in there I think but you unlock things for it through gold or progressing through the battle-pass... it just feels awkward
Especially since it came after GTA Online where you can just record clips and use the rockstar editor which allows you to have a really good camera and nice filters
