Eh, it's hit or miss, mainly because the UI is on the side of the screens. One game that does everything right though is Destiny 2.
As you can see the UI is on the left and right in my screenshot which is pretty awful
In Holdfast it doesn't really matter that much but with faster games like CoD or overwatch it's a real problem.
in Destiny the UI is more towards the middle just like a normal screen would be.

Frame rate can also dip for no reason, a lot of times nothing is happening, nothing at all and I'm going 20 fps, but absolute anarchy can break out with 500 npcs fighting and I'll be at 200 fps
