It kinda feels like The division with hunt showdown. It's quite a chill experience. ^^there's some focus on loot and staying stealthy as looting and fighting the robots cause a lot of ruckus (if you go down, you also send off a flare which will alert any other player where you are xd) of course if you decide to hunt players it turns into a tracker game where you just try to follow the noise xd its audio design reminds me a lot of battlefield, you can pinpoint people real good based on sound.

Game has no standout feature or style

Tried out arc on series X. Performance was really bad. Screen tearing, unstable frame rate continuously, pop ins. Contrast seemed high because shadows were really dark and bright areas were really bright. I think we might’ve ran into a real player? Something was shooting at us but they ran away. The weapon I had rattler or whatever it’s called was awful. I like the world and cosmetics though. I don’t know how to feel about it. When JackFrags was playing it with friends it looked so much better. I want to try Marathon.

As far as I know, it's the whole idea of losing everything or gaining everything. One kill has more value because of the potential to lose everything, and death is more stressful. That much is obvious

But to a lot of people it's the fact that you can progress without needing to actually fight that many people, where avioidance is often more beneficial than combat

marathon doesn't feel like the other extraction shooters out there, fights are pretty even unless you're doing a scav run and the abilities add more depth to how you can fight people

and so far i've not seen anyone camping an exfil unless they were already in the area when you called it

Extraction is a bit different though, in stuff like hunt showdown or arc, you often just craft your gear to go in. So you do go in with your fav guns, your usable items and ammo etc. though die too much and you'll have to stick with randomized loadouts until you get enough currency/scrap to revuy your gear

but again heat prevents that somewhat, so you can't be running and sliding into people

A person on another server is calling me blind etc for saying that Outlaws looks dated and it’s a bit of a let down. I was saying how the previous two ubisoft games I played (ac shadows, avatar frontiers of Pandora) looked so much better. Outlaws genuinely looks last gen. I bought into this game from the trailers and marketing but upon getting it installed and loaded in, i just felt i was playing a mix of every game that has the same box of tricks. Yes leaving the planet was good but for me it felt like starfield esque at those moments. Other than that i got bored quite quickly and havent bothered with it since, i would rather play Division2 or Breakpoint. So i hate to say it but i agree with most of the negative feedback the game has got since release. Another overhyped title i would say. just my opinion 🙂
