tbh you can collect a lot of chests in early game, in camps/castles you can use the scouts to tag the "supply barrel" icons that at the end of the season give material rewards to your hideout

so you can build up your base

But how do I tag them with the scouts. There was a red camp thingy with guards in Sakai. Killed everyone, found some chests. Found supplies but one supply I couldn’t click on it cos there was 2 and a shinobi icon on it

gather resources, build up the hideout... then mid to late game you almost dont need to gather the materials anymore

a season will change when its ready to (seen on the map page) and when its ready and you go through a loading screen.. like fast traveling, it will automatically do the change seasons animation

or you can manually change it on the map page, so if you notice its about to change and have scouts left over.. you could always scout an objective to find it easier if you dont want to look for it

I keep spamming light attack there’s no need for heavy attacks. Light attacks interrupt enemies.

Heavy attacks are good if they're vulnerable or you need to create distance

Also for mixing into combos with light attacks

its a hard choice between katan and tanto for whats more op.. im leaning katana because i can deflect any attack i want

also my weapon has 100% damage to the attacker on deflect so its pretty funny to chew threw enemies

tantos throw ability when upgraded, and also a legendary engraving which removes 2 more health segments... its busted too, coupled with the free assassination in combat, really efficient combo

katana looks so cool on her back but tanto and kusarigama is just unbeatable

btw there's a major boss fight, you'll know when it's coming, make sure to get some manual saves before that

known bug that can corrupt your save

i think there was a small patch but idk if that fixed it

so it's kinda useless

i didnt realize skill 1 was like a class ability and 2/3 were the weapon

i was probably nearing 20 hrs in before i got one for her

I wish we could use more skills at a time, since maxing out a skill tree gives passive bonus but they usually have like 3 skills and you can only use 2

run to a castle in each zone, get alerted... waypoint to the next, only to be able to use that damage boost for a short time before the season resets
