I wish I could but it's not allowed cuz of rules, so you can buy these games RETAILED on Amazon or Ebay by getting the consoles or you can go local if you can find them in thrift shops or smth if you're in that type of area and they're pretty cheap.

You're best bet is to go in there in person and getting the consoles and games and it's actually pretty damn cheap, you could prolly get a good quality PS3 under 100 usd if you can find a jailbreaked, even better, you don't gotta pay for games lulw.

Ps2 can be found in like 7 usd a good quality, and the game in like 3 usd lol that's only if the seller agrees to purchase at that rate cuz sometimes, they'll set prices so high you can even do shit, cuz they want to preserve the consoles and games, that works the same with PS3 stuff, preservence is used by most sellers, if you can get a good PS3 under 50 usd good for you, you're blessed.

I don't suggest using RPCS3 cuz it's kinda not that stable you need a heavy pc also compatibility of that game can be horrid esp on a sports game, so I suggest getting a console with the real game and real feeling because emulator doesn't feel that great compared to the actual console also RPCS3 is notorious for gpu throttling I think or its cpu throttling so yea I wouldn't recommend getting a sports game on an emulator, for games like Silent Hill Downpour, rdr1, Motostorm, killzone it's understandable but for sports, not so much, therefore I suggest getting a console for it and also you'll get the benefits of playing other PS3 games of that era and they're pretty damn cheap (if you get the point of preservence).
