I can confidently enjoy solo deep rock for a long while, how does difficulty scale, what coop driven mechanics exist that might not be possible in solo?

Like deep rock has the 4 batteries on machine events to press which is quicker in a team, but just takes longer in solo. Are there any aspects that are simply not possible in solo?

Haven't really soloed anything above easy (or was it medium?) before. Decided to solo on Extreme on Draupnir (automatons) since we'd been playing on 7 and 8 yesterday.
I'm 20+ so an orbital laser, railgun, shield backpack, and a mortar turret made it pretty easy. I also run scout armour (30% decreased detection range) and snuck around enemies all over.

kept popping that up when I was trying to run and do something else

Yea, we didn't have a single failure too. However, being me, sneaking around everywhere, I was able to move all over the map with few altercations.
Funnily enough, we had one level 8 mission left to complete earlier today too, and I ended up taking out all 3 main objectives, plus an optional one, on my own whilst the other 3 guys were distracting the enemies in the middle, or trying to at least.
Sneaking around in scout armour is just so good
