Honestly, I don't think so. Arno as a character is very egotistical, flamboyant and is rather sly, so it makes sense for his animations to have a more stylistic approach. Whereas you look at bayek who's rather rough n tough, without much in the way of training so he just climbs. All in all I believe it's just an artistic choice that explains why they haven't done it since
