You can literally just say "When it's done" and the players will just go "Okay"

There's like three modding and indie game discords I'm in and they all pretty much say "When it's done" or they'll try to set up a dead line for themselves and run into a snag, because game development is harder than you think it is.

It especially gets more difficult as the project gets bigger and different items start conflicting with ways you didn't expect. Like the Cargobob in GTA V, it can't pick up most DLC vehicles that were released after a certain update
