You shoot a guy from more than 10 feet aiming perfectly at center mass with an extended barrel and scope at full condition and it misses

Either way FNV is either stable and extremely rough around the edges or extremely unstable and qualifiable as a replacement for F4

Mods would dominate this game if they didnt cause crashes every other foot of walking sometimes
