It seems the more a game caters to esports the less actual players care. Not always the case Ofc. Some games are made specifically for competitiveness. But games that weren’t focused on it, that suddenly turned a cheek it just never ends well.

Halo and COD’s competitive scene had little to do with intentional game design. People played those games competitively back then because they were just fun games. They used them as a sandbox for their own rules.

Now we got “influencers” influencing the dev team to cater their games to them. While in the meantime alienating their actual playerbase who buys their games every year.

I was excited for ranked mode in mw2 but it turned out to be extremely dogshit. It follows the horrible CDL ruleset, which bans 80% of the weapons, disable weapon tuning(????), like, you are selling "pro"-tuned guns to players but forbid them to be used in ranked

So you can play it stealthily or get an MG42 and just BRRRRT everything away

Personally I like doing stealth

I was imagining setting up a pseudo wall where you have two coins that it bounces between but I doubt that’s how it works

Nah it inherits the homing properties of the coin so it'll bounce around and hit enemies last I saw.
I did try to test the theory of splitting it with the regular version but I feel as if using slab revolver and just hitting people with a rebounded coin shot does the job a bit better.

But uh as well it will richochet off multiple coins.

And increase its damage.

It interacts with a coin like a regular hit scan weapon but you can use it to inherit the homing properties for massive damage potential.
