Single player FPS games as well as arena shooters do shotguns just fine, Single player games can represent shotguns more "Accurately", so to speak, because it's a single player game. Arena shooters avoid the problem by having large health pools and armor that make it practically unheard of for a shotgun to instantly delete someone, even up close.

but it's not like running RDR2 or something more graphically demanding. My fans don't speed up, the temps don't get very hot at all, so it's not that it's struggling to run, there's just a massive cpu bottleneck
there's no difference at all between low and high settings, my frames in some instances improved on high
but the game itself isn't very buggy at all. It plays great, the graphics are alright but the art style and sound design is fantastic. It's a real shame it's bogged down by that
