if i was leading i would have kept it as was but cut any moments that would drag- or feel too out of place for a series as they're more situated for a game

but- then again- i'm not surprised, the pacing of the series is all over the place, if they have no care for pacing then they have no care for giving a faithful adaptation

because any writer would see how perfect the game's pacing is, with those extended moments of calm and brief moments of fight-or-flight, charcter building woven throughout

the show is more just mindless action with characters that feel vaguely familiar

and Bill's episode was just a romance story

and also, (final text), i reckon that the whole first episode could have been squashed and they just copy and paste the intro to the game and slam it down onto the cutting board before the title card even appears

Well it was probably already there but the in game video you sent me it wasn’t, was just the field area where it used to be
