frangible slows down your opponent's healing, but it's a fast ttk game so 99% of the time you get a hit on your opponent they are dead.
hollow point slows down your enemy, but only if you shoot them in the legs, which is stupid.
Amor piercing does something, increases your penetration damage.
High velocity increases bullet velocity by 50%, useless in 6v6 maps.
Incendiary disables your penetration, burn damage doesn't reduce ttk or disable healing, only useful if you play invasion and you want to shoot tanks a lot.
Overpressured increases flinch by 50% but that means if you typically get a 0.5cm flinch now it's a 0.75cm flinch, which is also useless
