The UI - Have you seen it? It looks like Netflix, has a lot of vertical scrolling rather than having horizontal lists, the home screen has campaign OFF screen when you start the game, it's just terrible from a design and usability perspective
The Gunplay - The increase in visual recoil is fucking obnoxious, and the addition of stats like "recoil smoothness" doesn't exactly help matters, in fact it just complicates things further.
The Gunsmith - Speaking of complicating things further, the attachment balance in this game is very wack, running less attachments in this game seems to be the preferred method because there are so many fucking downsides to every attachment that stacking them makes the game really difficult to play in any fast or aggressive manner. A 40 round mag for the M4 reduces movement speed, ADS speed, reload speed, and sprint to fire speed. All of that for 10 extra bullets, that does not seem worth it, and most attachments reduce one or more of those statistics, which are already pretty slow in this game to start with.
The Balance - I'm gonna mention the most egregious example of the balance in this game being fucked. Currently the meta AKs in this game are the 7.62 and the 74u. The 5.45 AK is worse than the 74u, but this doesn't make any sense, because the 74u for some reason does more damage at close range than the 5.45. How does that make sense? There's also the issue with the iron sight SPR being way too good as a marksman rifle, and shotguns oneshotting out to crazy distances.
The Movement - They removed slide cancelling, nerfed bhopping, and made it so you ADS slower if you attempt to ADS while jump peaking corners. All of these things point to an overall reduction in maneuverability and options when it comes to aggressive play, especially due to how strong controller aim assist is. There's no skill gap in this game, there's nothing to learn because the movement has been slowed down and massively simplified.
