One, I think Alex is a very fucking boring character, and Kyle is only slightly better.
Two, ripping off multiple IRL events for the sake of having things to communicate "oh russians bad", despite those events not even being committed by russians IRL, which makes me question why the fuck they ripped off real life events in the first place

Three, Infinity Ward's writers were really huffing their own farts with the story to MW19 before it came out, talking about how there's "no clear good guys or bad guys, it's all shades of grey morally", and "it's a story about the effects of war on civilians". First off General Barkov is the most blatant antagonist i've ever fucking seen in my life and of course he is, he's fucking russian, that's just their M.O., and second off, that is really only apparent when Farah's involved, and she gets relatively little screen time compared to SAS Bloke and CIA Dude.

To be fair, the mission she's in is still in Urzkistan, AQ is still there. She still does not like AQ. Hence, her continuing to fight. But realistically she's probably just there for the callback.

A bit, interactions are fine but with how close they seem to be in the duration of the story, it's quite a bit considering her 'rank'

Military doesn't exactly interact that closely, especially to select individuals like her. But whatever it's a fucking "Hollywood-esque" story, it can do what it wants in 'reality'
