Honestly there is not much difference with NVMe having cache if you doing massive read write, file transfers. with the cheap SSDs they start really fast but after a while they slow down during a transfer. You can set aside some of your system ram for a L1 cache. In fact I use a 1TB 980 for L2 cache on a 6TB Raid

basically anything past the cache size and it's limited to the drive speed anyway after the cache is full, cache is only good for how big it is. The cache is better suited for gaming I think.

Personally I would go for the cacheless NVMe, rather then using the SSD for caching an HDD. Unless you are getting into like 4/6/8 TB HDD. otherwise it's not worth it

The Samsung 980 is good for gaming

If you want to get into using large HDDs with Ram & SSD caching check out "PrimoCache" and this video is great help. It seems complicated at first, but it's really simple stuff. uhh depends who you ask, the difference between fk1 and fk2 is literally just a size difference so i would think they would make them noticeable enough

unfortunately i have not A/B sampled fk1 to fk2, but i have for the model o and model o- which afaik are almost exactly the same sizes as their fk1 and fk2 clones and i noticed a difference between those

so yea model o and fk1 are same exact size, and im almost certain thats the same for fk2 and model o-

ive been using a superlight since release window, so thats about a year and a half now if i had to guess, absolutely love it

its a medium sized mouse and not really an fk shape, but it feels great

most other wireless mice seem to have some sort of trade off when the superlight doesnt, so as long as you can get used to the shape (imo its one of the safest shapes ever), then id recommend logitech superlight

if you want to dabble in wireless with decent performance and a cheap price (at least in usa it is), the pulsefire haste wireless is on sale right now

if youre fine with batteries and really small egg shape mice theres logitech g305 and razer orochi v2 that are even cheaper too
