okay, found a way to stabilize the performance and get a bit more out of the game. Turn everything to low except antialiasing. You can leave that to ultra. Oc your CPU as much as you can and disable dlss as it does absolutely nothing. Also, make sure xmp is enabled. It's not much, but it will make the performance overall a bit more consistent without stuttering and above 70 fps most of the times

Nah you don't need to turn HT off. I'm pushing 130-170 without doing "optimization" like tweaking saved profile turning off HT. Just good ole fashion overclock.

I've also help tuned a 9700k and a 9900k here. They have similar fps, 9900k is actually abit higher with similar clock speed. Thats 8 core 8 threads no hyperthreading vs 8 core 16 threads with.

Depends. Out of the box Zen3 beats intel 10th gen in gaming. Manually overclocked cpu and ram Zen3 barely matches intel 10th gen. Intel 11th gen is sht and Intel 12th gen curbstomp both 10th gen and zen 3 out of the box or tuned.

I would suggest 12th gen intel 12700k cause 8P cores. Go with a DDR4 z690 mobo and some 3600 cl16 ram. DDR5 is cool but it's too early and loses to DDR4 most of the time for now. It will be a year or two when DDR5 beats DDR4 in gaming when it matures. Also DDR5 availability rn is 🥲

My "15:-7A" problem was solved after waiting for a few hours, I am pretty sure it was a server side problem because I didn't do anything. There is no way to work around it and no info on the EA website about this problem. "15:-7A": A common bug on PS5 and Xbox that when a player try to open the game it gives you 15:-7A error at the warship screen and stops there.
