So, I spent a decent hour disabling/enabling each setting 1 by 1 - DLSS does indeed help framerate when you pan around, and it helps retain the smoothness, but doesn't grant you much frames over no DLSS. What took away stuttering for me was disabling RT occlusion thing.

Yeah I'm assuming it's shutting off to protect the CPU. But in the games it does crash at load in, the CPU gets to 100. When I do get in the game, my CPU doesn't go over 60

the reason its using more gpu is because you are rending are higher resolution and dont do that upscaling

you dont get more cpu performance out of disabling dlss either
