Depends on what you wanna do. Also keep in mind you CANT overclock the i7 but you can overclock the ryzen 5. The i7 has more cores ( 2 more ) and is better for Multitasking i guess. Performance wise its a draw

gpu is an asus rog strix rtx 2060 for 480 euros, ssd is an SN550 1 TB for 114 and motherboard is an 86 euro MSI B460M-A PRO since they're not listed in the image

in total this is 1.150 euros pc build frmo scratch, mid shortage, able to handle most modern games up to 144 frames and handles 2042 beta at 90-100 max settings

the only used component in all this is the gpu, which to me looks refurbished more than anything, or they called it used since they tested to see if it worked or something
