slight note here in that DRAMless NVMe's basically do not exist on non QLC drives as MLC/TLC/SLC have different bit storage mechanisms meaning there has to be a SLC cache and DRAM cache of some kind, any drive which is MLC/TLC/SLC are good drives as long as they aren't QLC/non-DRAM QLC drives

Rough numbers, I have a 3900X + 3080ti combo at 1440p at high+ settings and I got around 90 FPS, with drops down to 60 when lots of players were creating chaos in a small space. CPU usage was like 20-40% and GPU around 60-80%. So, lots of room to optimize which is typically also the last thing you do.

Something must be wrong with your install. A 8700k is hella faster than that. Should be around 90% gpu usage with that cpu.
