A PSU can suffer from many things that doesn't trigger the ovp. Unstable power delivery from especially cheap PSUs can easily cause freezing or BSOD, especially if you purchase pre-overclocked hardware.

That is what the pump header does. Move it to a fan header or CPU fan header if you want it to not be 100%.

Pump headers generally aren't able to be controlled, always running at 100%, which is exactly what you want your water pumps to do. Don't connect fans to it.

As I said, if you play more than a few games and you would like to buy used game disc, go for series X

if you don’t want to play other games other than battlefield and you don’t care about specs, purchase series S

But I must say, you won’t go wrong with the series X coz many people wants the series x and it had really high resell value even if you don’t like it. I heard people can sell the upper tier consoles for the same price as brand new. (Used to happen for Xbox one and series S)
