The 10700k is on sale at micro center for 319 bucks and you can save 20 bucks buying a mobo. You can also buy a 3700x for 270 and get 30 off a mobo combo and get pcie 4 support too. 3700x is close enough to 9900k/10700k.

I just bought 2 3700x used because people being dumb and panic upgrading thinking the 5000 series cpus are that much better. Both of the 3700x oc to 4.4-4.5 all core and run 3733 cl14 rock solid.

BTF-Lighting, 5meter, ws2811's, 12v, 96leds/m. Placed in 23mm aluminum channels. They are addressable in groups of 3, but with 96/m they are so packed in that 3 of them look like 1 pixels worth (of 30/m or 60/m).
I've got 14awg wire running to 5 different injection points. You cant run more than about (2)5m strips without injection, or voltage drop is too much. The controller Im using is a DigQuad from Intermittent Tech.
