I mean yeah that always how amd cpus have been boosting per ccx iirc but it also has extremely high voltage. Im at 1.225 while stock for 4.8 range is 1.33 and goes higher if you have the thermal headroom. My 5950x at stock for 5.1 was doing 1.489 and im ok with not hitting 1.5 volts on my cpu. Even when gaming you wont get single cores speeds as soon as a game loads (most games) it drops to its all core speed.
and also stock all core is like 3.8 or 3.9 at 1.33 volts. Id say its much nicer to get4.6 with much less voltage.

I think it's a DirectX rendering issue
Cerbere Landing is one of the broken maps and it's also the one I want to play on, while others like Minsk, Belgrade, and Verdun work fine

I mean bios is probably the most sketchy thing out there still for updating. Most of the other things have been hammered out well. Especially gpu drivers. Windows 10 does a good job of downloading all the drivers for your devices like mic keyboard headset etc. And windows 10 updates arent made to intentionally break anything and normally get fixed quite quickly. I bought a bunch of old school dell optiplex pc's and they have 8-16gig ddr3 old small ssd's i5 24/2500 and i7 2600s and i bought a bunch of small cheap bulk evga psus and slapped 1050ti or 1650s in them and donated them for some kids to play like minecraft csgo valorant etc. You can make big money off of things like that
Pcs were pretty dirt cheap and roughly for about 400 per pc final price when i was done with it. They ran titanfall 2 like 60+fps no issues running the gpus. Minecraft and other things younger kids would be interested in. bfv they ran about 60-70 fps in single player and 80-99 not really 100 fps in multiplayer

I just bios flashed my asus 3070 to get higher tdp and i can now get 380 watts out of it and its about 10% slower then my stock 3080. gainz
On average i should say synthetically the 3080 is 15% faster in benchmarks and in games it averages 10% but i also dont run like 6000 games just like 5-8 games it seems close enough
IF you're ok with overclocking its like 8c hotter at 65% fan speed and if you already have like gsync and stuff i dont think id be able to tell the difference between the 2 if i wasnt told what was in there tbh
