i just reinstalled my computer and noticed that windows activated bitlocker by itself from start, and i think its causing problems as i cant change some settings in nvidia contol panel etc, it keep saying access denied

Honestly. Not really. Blackwell and Ada aren't any different. The extra memory bandwidth is nice, but in practical application, we see the results. As much as Nvidia doesn't want to admit it, the 4090 and the 5090 minus the higher bandwidth is still the same GPU. At least the same 4N transistors.

Until we see a CPU that doesn't bottleneck the 4090 let alone the 5090, we're not going to see any vast improvements in GPU's.
