yes 3200 is a "overclock", but depending on your memory DIMM's it will read 3200 or 3600

tldr, you arent going to get anymore performance from overclocking, ryzen will automatically target the highest possible single core boost clock it can at a given voltage, an all core will tank your performance, not increase, you are single threaded (IPC) bottlenecked with a 3600x, so no amount of clock changes is going to increase your framerate

if you mean for battlefield it basically affects the bullet drop
so normally a rifle might be zeroed in for a certain range (like 175 meters or whatever), but if the enemy is 300 meters away its more difficult to hit because you have to aim above him so much. Change the zeroing to like 300m and it might be easier to hit him

Ray Tracing aside of course, but at this point, I don't think anyone really truly cares about it that much
There's a reason why only about 150 or so games in existence utilize RT, and out of those games, maybe 10 or less have implemented it well. The rest were haphazardly done, or make no difference in visual fidelity, or sacrifice performance so much it has become irrelevant, especially with the improvements made to Global Illumination.
There's absolutely no reason whatsoever the 4080 should cost as much as it does.

A: yes, as long as the second NVMe does not have a windows installation, the way the BIOS operates boot procedures is by looking for a mountable partition on storage devices, if you want to move the installation it's a really bad idea to try cloning, just install a clean version on the new NVMe, transfer the data over and delete the old OS Installation

there's no reason for Nvidia to release a new architecture for discrete cards when Lovelace are selling for current margins, do not think they are going to launch one until they absolutely need to, and it's going to be that expensive that the current generation cards will not have their prices influenced that much from where they already are

Once Apple ditched Intel and went straight to TSMC to design their own silicon, and even in the days of old when Apple used AMD GPU's, hardware was/is utilized very differently on Unix based systems than Windows. It's simply a far superior Operating System than Windows and the only reason 99% of us even use Windows is because of video gaming (Direct3D/Direct X). If more developers jumped on the Vulkan bandwagon which is far superior to Direct X in every regard, none of us would need to upgrade our GPU's every cycle and longevity would be increased greatly.
