functionally yes, the main reason is to do with required voltage for clocks, aka, it requires less voltage for the same clocks, so it can boost higher, it's more or less useless unless you're wanting to delve into that realm, for whatever reason

It's the fan inside the PSU. It only runs when the PSU is utilized over a certain %age which is never is so it usually never ran. The PSU has a few things connected to it like a fanhub, but when it is not connected to the motherboard I guess it just runs the fan at 100% all the time to be safe. So working like intended, just has a lot of electricity inside it to run the fan for so long.

you will need to be careful here, there is no guarantee that both SSD's use chipset bandwidth, and if they dont this will cause your integrated GPU to have half its bandwidth
additionally controllers on laptops are only designed to handle one type of SSD for power draw reasons, its possible that your battery life will become heavily degraded

iGPUs if you mean, an APU, do not link to the PCIe lane through the chipset as they are embedded, to the answer so the second question, if it has a dGPU then yes it most likely will, they are linked over the PCIe lane and use links directly to the chipset, it is extremely uncommon for chipsets that support both direct x4 links for SSDs, so the second SSD has to bifurcate other lanes which is taken from the primary one (the discrete GPU), hope that answers your question

routers have certain software protections to stop brute force attacks from gaining entry, this is one of them, it's not built into all routers for d-link, you'd have to check the model of yours specifically
