theoretically, yes, but on DDR4 they must be in sync otherwise the IF will delay the transfer until that respective memory buffer has been finished

you can go for a 2:1 on 4 to try and override the issue, but its only really feasible with insane speeds

as DDR5 has the memory swaps performed in 16 bit transfers instead of one huge block, theres no waiting around for transfers to finish and they can just be sent regardless of the prior buffer

Also, I would ignore anything Mazda says. While Zen 4 does improve somewhat with better timings, Zen 4 also doesn't benefit from anything over 6400 MT/s. In fact most X670E boards don't support anything over that. You can always play around with timings and tune them in the BIOS as well as playing around with PBO/EXPO or loading specific Hynix profiles, but it doesn't generally net you very much more in the end.

I'm talking <5%. You can see this from just about any Zen 4 memory scaling test.

Zen 4 becomes pretty unstable with anything over frequencies of 6400

Just goes to show how terribly unoptimized and inefficient Raptor Lake actually is requiring memory frequencies overclocked to 8000+ in order to match Zen 4 performance.

I'm not sure what you mean by angled, I assume you're talking about the other side of the case, if so no, the curvature of a GPU fan is designed to intake air which is inside the case only, to overcome that, the fan has to be high pressure, not high speed, increasing the speed doesn't change the pressure nearly enough to overcome that barrier

is a multi refresh rate issue, not a multi monitor issue

Nvidia has the same issues on pascal Turing and ampere where the clocks will max on idle if you've got mixed refresh rates with monitors which have different async times, I've got the card, doesn't have the issue with identical refresh rates

I would. The 6950xt didn’t add anymore shader cores, but AMD did increase memory speed and thus bandwidth on it. But it wasn’t a huge leap over the regular 6900. I’d spring for 7900xt/xtx if you can get one
