Guys I have issues with my PC.

It suddenly freezed on the bios screen after starting it up today. After multiple restarts I have taken off the CMOS battery and put it back but without success. After that I tried to remove and replace the ram sticks to different ram slots and also tried to just use one ram stick. Since then I don't even get a bios screen just a blank black screen after turning the PC on.

Summary:

PC freezes suddenly on bios screen

Removed CMOS and put back. Still bios freeze

Tried to stick the rams to different ram slots - since then black screen only and fans on full load

Side note: couldn't go into the bios settings while I had the bios freeze

Every individual CPU is unique and will perform differently. The packages are assigned a label dependant on how many cores are functional and how they perform

each CCX on Zen 3 and onwards are one package per 8 cores, a CCD is not a separate package

and also no, all the cores on each package work absolutely fine, it is the efficiency rating which is used to validate which product it'll become, whether it's a 950x, 900x, 800x, etc, the worse the efficiency curve the lower it will be assigned

core complexes are the binned judgement for quality each individual core is meaningless as they all have different boosting behaviour between each other

assuming it was a 3x2 config, which it isn't, it would be extremely inefficient due to cross communication with cache access repeatedly, it is not more efficient
